Complaint from Jennifer Isitt Owensboro, KYover 2 years agoWorst service ever. Left with chemical burns. Had an appointment with Nina. Arrived on time but she was working with another client and was asked to sit and wait. She left my hands in bowls up to my knuckles of acetone while she went to start a new set. Never checked. Male employee who translates for everyone ignored me yelling him my fingers were starting to burn. Had to go to ER for treatment.
